Log into your FragFlex account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the fragrance in its original, unopened packaging and ensure it is securely wrapped in the provided cushioned mailer to prevent transit damage.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned bottle, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
